fire (fuel not supplied). Seating for approximately 10 adults.
Bedroom 1
A bright room, double bed with two bedside lockers and lamps.
Large double wardrobe and vanity unit with drawers. Beautiful
view of Bantry bay from Southerly facing window.
Kitchen/Dining area
A very spacious but warm room with panoramic views of the
harbour and distant mountains. Kitchen includes microwave,
dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and electric cooker.
Large airing cupboard under stairs plus additional storage for
cases etc. Dining table will seat 8 adults comfortably.
Downstairs WC and shower room

Bathroom
Spacious room with electric shower over bath, WC and hand basin.
Tiled walls.The house is heated with
oil-fired central heating, this is charged at an additional cost
on vacating the house. ESB (electricity) and Oil (heating) meter
readings will be taken at the beginning and end of the rental
period. All bed linen and a limited number of towelling is
supplied. During a two week rental period we are happy
to offer a change of bed linen and towelling.
Throughout the house runs a natural wood
theme, with the traditional pine ceiling boards complimenting
the natural wood stairs. The décor is tastefully completed to
reflect the original state of a farmhouse of its era.
